Ashley booked us a great stay. We asked for a location that was close to the Roma Termini train station and she delivered. The hotel was exactly what needed on our last leg of the Italian getaway. Ashley checked in to confirm we made it to our destination and sent reminders prior to our last day to ensure we would make it to the airport safely and on time. Her recommendation for a car service to the airport was awesome as well! Overall, a nice stay in Rome.

Ashley not only gives you specific direction on what you can expect from your experience but is a very good listener on understanding what is important to you in your Italy experience. We were given an app with several bullet points on when and where to arrive, web links to the hotel and surrounding amenities, and PDF copies of all our bookings including confirmation numbers so we would be able to pull reservations if the app or internet was not working. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, or travel advisor. We’ll be working with Ashley again on our next European adventure.
